A reservation and transfer purchase become valid only after confirmation is sent via email by our company. https://www.denizvipantalyatransfer.com accepts no liability for emails that are not delivered, delayed, or incomplete. In such cases, please contact us directly.

At airports, after customs and baggage procedures, our representative will greet you at the exit gate holding a sign with your requested name written on it. The customer(s) who purchased the transfer service must make contact with our representative at the airport. If you cannot meet our representative, you must call the phone numbers provided in your confirmation message to notify our company.

If you have purchased a return transfer, the necessary details will be shared with you by our representative, and you are required to be ready at the specified address on time, as instructed, to complete your return transfer.

Customers are responsible for informing us by email or phone of any changes to flight departure times in order to avoid issues at the airport.

The exact and correct number of passengers to be transferred must be provided.
